Since 2019, our partnership with Green Circle Salons has helped us divert over 3,500 pounds of salon waste from landfills and waterways — including hard-to-recycle materials like excess hair color, foils, aerosol cans, gloves, and more. By joining a network of eco-conscious salons across North America, we’re able to recycle or repurpose 85–95% of our salon waste. It’s a small shift in daily operations that makes a big difference for the planet — and for the future of beauty.

We’ve outfitted all shampoo bowls with Ecohead Showerheads, which reduce water and energy usage by up to 65%. These innovative nozzles maintain excellent water pressure while dramatically cutting down on waste—making every wash better for you and the environment.
